Terms of Use

1. The site

This site showcases and sells licenses to AI-generated instrumentals. Previews are reduced-quality, watermarked demonstrations. All purchases are governed by the specific license agreement delivered with each product; if these site terms and a license agreement conflict, the license agreement controls for that purchase.

2. AI-origin disclosure

All instrumentals are generated with AI music tools under commercial license and curated by humans. We make no representation that copyright subsists in any instrumental, that any instrumental is unique, or that similar audio cannot be generated by or for others. We never sell "ownership" of AI-generated audio; the Exclusive License tier sells a contractual delisting promise, defined in its license.

3. Purchases

Products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment (via our marketplaces or by emailed download link for direct orders). All sales are final; by purchasing you acknowledge immediate delivery and waive any cooling-off right to the extent permitted by law. Prices may change without notice; completed purchases are unaffected. You are responsible for your own taxes arising from your use of purchased material.

Promotions & discounts: promotional pricing (for example, the Stereo Lease buy-one-get-one-free offer and multi-item bundle discounts) is applied automatically at checkout, calculated on the items in a single transaction, and displayed before you pay. Exclusive-tier licenses count toward bundle quantities but are never themselves discounted. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time; changes never affect completed purchases. Unless stated otherwise, promotions do not combine with custom-order pricing or re-activation fees.

4. Custom commissions — response windows & store credit

Custom commissions include two candidate rounds (an initial set and one revision built from your feedback). Each round is delivered as a private preview link carrying a 7-day response window, stated on the preview page itself. Responding means either selecting a candidate ("This is the one") or submitting the on-page feedback form — both are timestamped automatically.

A custom commission costs $199.00: a $99.50 deposit is due after brief and timeline approval, and the $99.50 balance is due after final selection approval but before unwatermarked files and the Everything License are delivered. If you affirmatively decline all candidates after the included revision, the deposit is retained as the kill fee; no balance is owed and no license is granted.

If a response window closes with no response, the commission pauses and the paid deposit automatically converts to a single-use $99.50 store credit, delivered by email as a promo code. The unpaid balance is not credited. The credit is valid for 30 days from issue and can be applied to anything in the catalog at checkout. Unused credit expires after 30 days with no further value, and the order is then closed. While a credit remains unused, you may instead reopen the paused commission by replying to your commission email; reopening cancels the credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and does not alter the all-sales-final policy in §3.

Response windows run from delivery of each round's link, regardless of when the link is first opened. The current candidate link's deadline is always shown on its preview page. After two delivered rounds, further candidate rounds or revisions are a new engagement quoted separately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, rip, or attempt to extract preview or full-quality audio by technical means; circumvent watermarking, access controls, or download protections; use the site or its content to train machine-learning models; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Attempted circumvention voids any license granted and may create liability under computer-access and anti-circumvention laws.

6. Delivery & re-downloads

Purchases are fulfilled by emailed download link. Initial links are valid for 30 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. After that, the re-download portal provides 3 free re-issues per item within 12 months of purchase; further re-activations cost $5. Exclusive License orders receive unlimited re-downloads. Any link accessed from more than 3 distinct networks is automatically suspended to deter sharing; suspended links can be restored through the portal. Re-issued links always serve the current version of the files.

7. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are solely responsible for: their own sample and interpolation clearances; complying with distributor, platform, and store policies including AI-content disclosure; their own registrations (PRO, copyright filings for their own contributions); and their own tax obligations. Pre-written disclosure language is provided with every purchase.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, text, branding, and the curated arrangement of the catalog are ours. Instrumentals are licensed, not sold, per their license agreements. Nothing on this site grants rights beyond the applicable written license. We never register delivered files with content-identification or audio-fingerprinting services (e.g., YouTube Content ID) — your uploads stay claim-free from us. 9. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the transaction at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. We may update these terms by posting a revised version; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Purchase data: name and email collected by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) or marketplace (BeatStars / Traktrain) to fulfill orders — we receive order records, not card numbers. Brief submissions: whatever you enter in the commission form, processed by our form provider. Candidate preview links: when you open a private preview link for a custom commission, we log page views, audio plays, and your selections along with IP address and browser type — this operates the response-window policy above and tells us which direction to revise toward. Newsletter: email only, and only with your explicit opt-in. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

To deliver purchases and receipts, respond to briefs and support requests, maintain order and provenance records, and — only if you opted in — send occasional drop announcements. We never sell your information. Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe.

Sharing

Only with the processors that run the service: Cloudflare for hosting, access control, database, and private file storage; Stripe for payments and credits; Resend for transactional email; GitHub for restricted transaction, license, and provenance audit records; and, if the commission form is enabled, the named form provider. Marketplace orders are also processed under that marketplace's terms. Active download, candidate-preview, and store-credit bearer values are not intentionally written to GitHub. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms. We also disclose information if legally required.

Retention & your rights

Order and license records are retained for tax, contract, and provenance purposes; link activity only for delivery and abuse control; marketing emails until you unsubscribe. Specific periods and deletion exceptions require final operator and professional review before launch. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to record-keeping obligations) by emailing [LEGAL EMAIL].

Security note

Files are delivered via time-limited download links. Keep your purchase email — it's your proof of license and your path to re-downloads.
