Approve as final, or revise once

Browsing is not approval. Round 1: explicitly approve a candidate as the final selection, or request the included revision. Round 2: explicitly approve or decline. There is no third revision. Unanswered round 1 converts the paid deposit to a 30-day catalog credit; after that credit expires you start a new brief. Unanswered round 2 stays with us for disposition only.

Final delivery

After you explicitly approve a final, pay the $99.50 balance. Unwatermarked WAV, MP3, stems, and the Everything License are delivered only then. Want it kept off the catalog? Add Exclusive (+$120) with the balance. If finals are not yet in the vault, delivery is a recoverable hold — not a license.

Turnaround depends on generation capacity — we confirm your timeline before taking the deposit. Declined after revision? The deposit is the kill fee; no license is granted and you owe nothing more. An approved selection with an unpaid balance stays on hold — no automatic kill fee and no files.

Response-window policy: each published candidate round has a 7-day window. Round 1 unanswered: paid $99.50 deposit becomes a single-use catalog credit for 30 days (unpaid balance is not credited). Reopen that same engagement only while the credit is unused and unexpired; a repeat lapse keeps the original value and expiry. After the credit expires, start a new brief (new commission ID, new deposit) — we do not resurrect the credit.
